2 faces team will be taking a winter holiday. The restaurant will be

AUGUST 2010 POSITION VACANT
A casual front of house
position will be available commencing in late August. The position will be
for 2-3 nights per week including Wednesday, Saturday and sometimes
Fridays all depending on customer demands. Only written and posted
applications addressed to Tim Mitchell at 8 Malop Street Geelong
will be accepted. Application should include resume and a letter
addressing your previous experience in hospitality. Successful applicant
must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, knowledge
of Australian wines and have a comprehensive understanding of our menus.
Award conditions will apply.
Please note that application
letters will not be received here until August 10th (as we are on
holidays) after which time potential applicants will be contacted to
arrange interviews and trials.
AUGUST 2010 Cooking Classes
Over four consecutive Saturdays, learn,
create and enjoy. Following a dinner party format week one is canapés,
week two entrees, week three main course and week four deserts. Each week
you get to eat what you create washed down with Clyde Park wines.
Cost: $295 p.p. for the four week series.
11am - 2.30pm includes instruction, hands on cooking, recipe book and
certificate and lots of fun.
SERIES TWO: AUGUST: Four Saturdays August 21st, 28th, September
04th and 11th.

U.C.I CYCLING WORLD EVENT
September 29th - October 3rd
During the U.C.I. event
we will offer a special three course dinner menu and also be open for
lunch with a special menu on several days during that week. We will also

GPAC and 5 minutes walk from Costa Hall so join us for a pre theatre
dinner at 6pm and make your night a special event. We will wine you and

Fridays or Saturdays. 11am -2.30pm Must be pre booked with a strict class size of 8
