Once again we will be taking part in the
Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Check out the MFWF web site for complete
festival
details. During the festival we will be offering our Victorian Regional
Menu, with a glass of bubbly on arrival followed by three CLYDE PARK
wines. We also will be running two one day cooking class
events. Again this year, Simon will be cooking for the WORLDS LONGEST
LUNCH in the Botanical Gardens on Friday March 12th. Tickets from
Barwon Health.
M.F.W.F. ONE DAY COOKING CLASSES:
Saturday March 13th and
Saturday March 20th 2010. $95 p.p. includes instruction, hands on cooking,
recipe book and of course you get to eat what you create with a glass of
Clyde Park wine. Full payment is required at the time of booking the one
day event MFWF cooking classes.

By popular demand and to celebrate the
summer season we have added a three glass wine flight to our Degustation
Menu. You can enjoy the seven courses without wine for $95 p.p. or with
three matched wines for $120 p.p. A truly wonderful and complete way to

our web site.

We are 3 minutes walk from
GPAC and 5 minutes walk from Costa Hall so join us for a pre theatre
dinner at 6pm and make your night a special event.

The Friends & Food Cooking Class
Luncheon
Great for team building exercises!
Gather 7 friends to make up
a group of 8 and join Simon in his kitchen for a wonderful day of food and
wine. Cost includes a combination of hands on and demonstration classes,
recipe book and best of all you get to eat what you create washed down
with 2 glasses of wine per person.
Available on Thursdays,
Fridays or Saturdays. 11am -2.30pm Must be pre booked with a strict class size of 8
persons only. Some block out dates apply. Class creates canapé, entree,
main and dessert! $95 per person.

2010 FOUR WEEK COOKING CLASSES
Over four consecutive Saturdays, learn,
create and enjoy. Following a dinner party format week one is canapés,
week two entrees, week three main course and week four deserts. Each week
you get to eat what you create washed down with Clyde Park wines.
Cost: $295 p.p. for the four week series.
11am - 2.30pm includes instruction, hands on cooking, recipe book and
certificate and lots of fun.
SERIES ONE: MAY: Four Saturdays May 22nd, 29th, June 5th and 12th.
SERIES TWO: AUGUST: Four Saturdays August 21st, 28th, September
04th and 11th.

Our cooking classes usually fill quickly so are filled on a first come
first deposit basis. Classes are kept small to maximise participation with
Simon.
